認定資格レベル

各資格は以下の内容を目標としています。

Grandstream Certified Specialist

• Intended for those who attend a standard certification training in any product category. This is typically for partial or full-day trainings  without advanced t raining materials.
• Expiration is after 1 year

Grandstream Certified Professional

• Intended for those who attend an advanced certification training in any product catego ry. This is typically for a full one-day or two-day training,  depending on the product type.
• Expiration is after 1 year

Grandstream Certified Expert (GCE)

• Intended for Grandstr eam’s Certified Partners, once a partner is trained and passes the Certified Expert level trainings they are now able to host and conduct their own certification train ings for their  customers.
• Expiration is after 2 years

What a Certified Expert Can Access:

• Schedule, manage and host their own certification trainings in their given certified product category
• Select the specific te st version to use at the training
• Control the date, time and testing period for customers to take the certification exam

• Access training documentation for all certification levels, as well as upload custom training materials to each training
• Limited to Grandstream Partners and Distrib tors
